Thanks for shopping with Xp Drops! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Processing / production time All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During sales or peak periods, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping times (after production)

• International: approximately 7–20 business days, depending on destination and local postal handling.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. These are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occur with carriers and customs.

Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders of 2 or more items ship free. Single-item orders are charged a standard shipping rate shown at checkout.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders) International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Wrong or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always try to help.
