1. Overview This website is operated by Xp Drops. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Xp Drops. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products All products are made to order. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors exactly as they appear on the final product. All designs are original, fan-inspired artwork; Xp Drops is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or brand that may be referenced.

3. Pricing & payment All prices are listed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock/production issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & returns Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns/refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site, including text and layout, is the property of Xp Drops or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce it without permission.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xp Drops is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
